  • Shipped a 3-workflow platform across web and mobile in 10 months.
  • Built 4–6 participant WebRTC sessions with Mediasoup SFU and Socket.IO, separating live-preview and high-resolution recording pipelines.
  • Built a producer studio with feed switching, wide shot, screen capture, overlays, LUT grading and program output.
  • Orchestrated 4K ISO recording with native Kotlin/Swift, Android dual-pipeline capture and resumable chunked GCS uploads with retry, improving recording reliability by 70%.
  • Built AI camera switching on 2 platforms with MediaPipe lip detection and audio active-speaker signals: rising confidence to prevent flip-flopping, last-speaker hold when unclear and wide shot for multiple speakers.
  • Built the React Native LiveShare app with deep-link joining, phone broadcasting, multi-lens zoom and Bluetooth audio routing.
  • Built a Next.js BFF over FastAPI with Firebase auth, Stripe and SendGrid, reducing integration complexity by 22%; delivered 3 FastAPI workflows with Pub/Sub, Cloud Run video processing and Jenkins CI/CD.
